Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vitalisrelief.official@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with the return address and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at vitalisrelief.official@gmail.com with a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
